What is property guidance, and how is it different from a traditional agent or buyer's agent?

Property guidance supports you through the buying or selling process with structure, frameworks, and professional guidance from a registered land agent, while you stay as involved as you'd like to be. The Guided Pathway keeps you in control at a fixed fee, while Full Support offers a more traditional end-to-end service. Which one fits depends on your situation. The Property Clarity Session™ is there to help you weigh that up and decide.

What areas do you service?

How is AI used in your services?

AI supports research, organisation, preparation and clarity. In both the Guided Pathway and Full Support, I share how I personally use it so you gain those efficiencies too. Every piece of guidance you receive is reviewed and personally provided by me. AI never replaces professional legal, financial, building, tax, or licensed property advice.

What does it cost?

Pricing is transparent and published on the Pricing page. The Guided Pathway is a fixed fee of $2,500 for buyers and sellers, and Full Support is a fixed fee of $5,500. Third-party costs, such as conveyancing, inspections and seller marketing, are paid directly by you, and everything is agreed in writing before an engagement begins.
